1. Annual review of curators 

2. Introduction of certification of curators since 2012

3. BCCI has now started employing qualified curators.

4. Lab testing of soil to be used for pitches.

5. Amitabh saying that NE states are equal and BCCI will help do everything develop their own stadium and associations have to identify the resources.

6. BCCI has requested other state associations to help them with machines and all.

 

Sounds like things are moving in right direction.
