 If the parents from a village would rather send their 10 year old kid to work as domestic servant with someone they know who lives in city instead of school, how would that kid qualify by merit.

 

However, I know families of SC/STs taking quota benefits for their kids and relatives while they live in Central Delhi as top most bureaucrats. Not one but all of them. This loophole needs to be closed, Else we will have a situation where Tejashwi Yadav is captaining team India
