So, it has to be between Pakistan and India...

 

My choice is Pakistan.

 

India has to be second and that shows how bad the teams have became playing against spin bowling

Pakistan gave a five wicket haul to Kiwi Somerville as well as the epic collapse against Ajaz Patel in recent past.

India & its has been India since at least the late 60's none comes close, except probably the last year or two of Misbah-Younis era. For pace it's been Aus since the last 80's - 90's onwards.
