Asking on a forum to solve self esteem issues isn't going to help as much as a specialist would help you get rid or reducebthise probelms. You may consider visiting a specialist as you seem to be disturbed severely and hence some quick help may be very beneficial. The specialist might helpf to figure out if there are one or many root causes which is creating this behavioral issues.
