Fully agree with you about having an actual cricketing coach than a drunk and cheerleader.

I am not suggesting Wasim to be a full time coach. I am suggesting Wasim to oversee the coaching team. They have Azhar Mahmood as their bowling coach who does zilch. If Mickey and Azhar have someone like Wasim overseeing them, they will listen to him. And Wasim’s workload will also be limited, yet will be part of the management.
