someone Posted September 2, 2019 Posted September 2, 2019 Its a surreal case. I remember CJI talking about politics has affected many institutions yet the number 1 issue is the courts. Our SC has a backlog of thousands of cases, yet it choose to give priority, and time to this particular case. And now, for the first time, they are ordering that if bail denied, PC should be send to custody, not jail.
