WI vs Aus test match up in the 90s

WI was on the decline, while Aus was on the rise. This created a sweet spot for highly competitive and intense cricket esp. till the mid 90s. Was this the most entertaining/interesting test match up?

I would say till about 96 WI was still a very good team. They won a series in India too in 94 IIRC. I think the same one where they ended Kambli's test career

1994 was a draw. Lara played that quick 80 odd to bring WI into the game, and then the bowlers did the trick. If it were a 5 game series, WI would have done even better as many of its players start to warm up slowly

There was a test at Adelaide which WI won by 1 run!
