Unfortunately, this TM has no interest in developing them further. That's what we will get with a set of yesmen who are not qualified to be coaches. Head has only played 2 away series I think, the one in UAE & Ashes. He was decent in Ashes scored a 50 & 40 odd in couple of tests. But I agree with the point that Aussies look at the potential in young players & backs them. Our entire system is faulty.
