Best News is that it rules out any chances of a Pune IPL team once again and tournament will be spread to New States.

 

Ahmedabad will sure shot get a team, another could be Lucknow.

Not likely. Gujarat is a certainty.. they want to use this biggest stadium in india for IPL.

 

it will be a toss up between a UP team and a Kerala team. Seeing that the past Kerala project failed, they might want to tap into UP ( Lucknow has a 50K stadium now)
