Need to adopt the Lara school of batting

Post Gavaskar, top Indian batsmen (there are a few exceptions) have in general placed a 100 + a series of acceptable scores in a series as job done. For e.g. you will see many batsmen get 120, 30, 40 20, 60 and 0 in a series .... On the other hand, we have batsmen such as Lara who could go 60, 10, 240, 20, 150 and 0 .... Recently, we have seen how Sehwag and Pujara won us the series in Pak and Aus respectively by making a series Laraesque .... Ind batsmen may need to adopt the Lara school of batting esp. if the team wants to do even better overseas

Our batsmen cash in pretty well in good batting conditions.. if you check the number of times we gone past 500 vs the number of times conceded 500 in last decade you can see this.

Our batsmen should instead adopt Ben stokes school and learn how to fight under real pressure, just don't give up when going gets tough. That guy can grind it out for 100 balls and score 10 runs and then start reverse sweeping Lyon into stands when batting with tail
