graphic23
I was fooling around with my bat in the house and I had the urge to remove the bat grip to put it on properly again. I successfully removed the bat grip. Now I'm a dumb guy who cannot put the grip back on. Google says to use a lubricant such as dishwashing liquid but I'm afraid it might ruin the bat. I don't own the bat grip cone and where l live, the only cricket these guys know is the insect. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Link to comment
King
Roll up the bat grip all the way , place the rolled heap at the top of the handle and roll it down. This is by far the best way to do it without a cone. Link to comment

Parth
Definitely don't use any lubricant, if you can get a bat cone or just use a wooden round stick sometimes you can fit it on without anything, but get a cone, its cheap and very easy :two_thumbs_up: Link to comment

Sachinism
get a broomstick and put the grip on that, roll it up all the way and then put that on the bat, if it doesnt go down all the way on the bat, then roll up from the bottom up, go half way and roll it down, do that a few times and also hit down on the side of the grip with the palm of ur hand, that should pull the grip down Link to comment

graphic23
Ok, got it. Thanks a lot. I put half the grip on the broomstick, half the grip on the bat. Then just rolled my way down from the broomstick onto the bat, and now it finally has a grip again. Thank you for your help! Link to comment
