What if they don't have batting talent.

they should be asked to improve batting else told clearly that as soon as a spin all rounder is found they will be dropped and the spin all rounder will be picked even in state team. Now a days all spinners playing international cricket are all rounders - see moen ali ,even afghanisthan spineer rashid and nabi can bat, see Pak spinner they can bat well, srilankan spinners too, even african spinner maharaj is a decent batsman. i mean to say if a spinner is a no 11 batsman , he is hardly picked in international cricket.

one can pick great perfect spinners in testcricket. in odi and t20- all rounders or spinners who can bat a bit counts see Jaddu, AXAR, Tevatia, even our young leg spinner bishnoi can bat very well too....

Focus on infrastructure where we get more and more world class facilities for both international and domestic matches.

Many of the stadiums are an eyesore and lack proper facilities including fast drainage. Pitches can be improved too depending on the specialities of various regions.

India has made a big name by beating teams that travel to India and get beaten on SPin tracks- pitches customised for Indian Spinners. Some times our pacers also take wickets too but

we get a bad name globally that we beat by managing the pitch curator.

We do not grow our batsman at all...I can tell u the truth , it becomes so easy to bat on flat tracks after first 6 overs that even a batsman like me can also score a 50 against a state team on a patta wicket. exactly bcos of this reason some times a no 9 batsman come up and scores a 50 some times a score of 600 for 6 declare is created............thats crazy. Pitch curator should loose his job if a flat turns out to be a PATTA........

even a determind no 9 can score a 50 on a patta......
