Gambhir's red ball CV(test side in shambles)

So we are here Gambhir starts with a 2-0 rout of the BD men,people took it seriously as they came with high tempo beating pakistan 2-0 at their den

But ,things take a 180° turn as we witnessed one of the most shameless surrender at home that too against the Kiwis who got their arses handed by Lankans just weeks before,and we never recovered thereafter 

We lost 3-1 in Aus luckily escaped 4-1 mauling ,got kicked out of WTC final,where it should have been a formality to make it one another time but we spectacularly  failed 

Now here in England ,we are about to loose 4-1 ,bringing back the horrors of 2011/12

So Gambhir's test CV says ,15 tests 4 W 1 D 10L(almost certain)

Would he survive or not? discuss 

And who do you think can do better and rebuild or restructure this young side
