India becomes Ukraine's biggest diesel supplier - 4D chess or commercial opportunism ?

It is surprising how India that is hardly endowed with oil has become a major trader of petroleum products - engaging in deft arbitrage thanks to its massive refining capabilities. 

 

Buying petroleum from Russia, refining it to diesel and selling it to Ukraine while they have not attained peace. 

 

I wonder if this is 4D chess or commercial opportunism ?

India has nothing to do with the war in Ukraine it’s just buying oil where it cheap & selling ppl who are willing to buy.
