Glad ISRO is getting the BSNL treatment. I once read that ISRO is highly bureaucratic doesn't even maintain a code repository like GitHub or SVN. Instead the employees exchange files with each other through email. Its fine if they dont on GitHub or SVN..chances of leaks are there..but they should atleast maintain those onto some in-house repository, over which we have full control
