That bunt shot over slips for a 4....... How keen and sharp should your sensory organs need to be, for someone to play that shot? Sachin is looking better than ever before. Of course, he is certainly a world away from his dominating ways of the 90s, but I would confidently say he looks way more assured than he did during some uncertain times around 2003-2004. Touchwood, his tennis elbow problem seems to have subsided for now and has given him a new lease of life as a batsman.

The only thing he needs to fix up is lately he's started to lose concentration around the breaks. He did it in Bangalore when the light was fading and he did it again yesterday. When he fixes that up, with this sort of form he could notch up a mountain of runs.
