gator Posted March 20, 2007 Posted March 20, 2007 Re: Michael Hussey a dip in Form that was not an argument.... tht was a statement...
Trichromatic Posted September 28, 2011 Posted September 28, 2011 He is best modern batsman for all 3 formats. He can play in all conditions. It's rare to see a batsman who is so good at T20, tests and ODIs. IPL T20 Tests on fast tracks Tests in slow tracks. ODIs. Slow innings under pressure. Quick scoring when needed. :two_thumbs_up:

Cricket Tragic Posted September 28, 2011 Posted September 28, 2011 you guys are not considering one thing though. this guy has made more runs than God at the domestic level in australia which is no walk in the park stuff. he has the mental agility and toughness to withstand a slight slump, which happens to be another advantage of his experience at the domestic level and his age. i hate the bastard for he is not in our side, but i do fear him too, and yeah i would be delighted if he keeps failing, though i doubt i will be seeing that for too long. but talking about hype: michael clarke, phil jacques, shaun tait and quite possibly stuart clark. More comedy from this old thread. :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical: Please check his Australian domestic record. People look at his overall FC stats and assume he made all the runs in Australia. He bashed a lot of cheap runs in England. Take out the county stats from his FC record and see what it looks like.
TheYuvi02 Posted September 28, 2011 Posted September 28, 2011 He is one of the best batsmen in the world, probably the best allround batsman(t20/odi/test). He has the highest average if you consider all 3 formats.
Bradman99 Posted September 28, 2011 Posted September 28, 2011 Definately one of the best in the world, I don't think there is any doubt about that. He is good at all formats and has been mighty consistent apart from that one year or so where he struggled.
yoda Posted September 28, 2011 Posted September 28, 2011 He is good cause he puts a prize on his wicket every time he goes out to bat, no matter which format. You can see how focused he is and I have rarely seen him play a stupid shot to get out.
Raghav_12 Posted September 28, 2011 Posted September 28, 2011 He is good actually. He put many doubts aside by his performance in SL. In fact he is one of very few aussie players who can be liked by fans from oppositions. Very graceful, both on and off field.
