First of all, he hadnt done anything of note for queensland and second of all Watson hadnt done too much wrong. I wonder whether Symonds realises how lucky he is to have walked right back into the Aussie side. By his own admission, he was drinking too much ... so what the hell is he doing in a pub? Whether it was his fault or not, he knows that he is going to encounter idiots who are going to try to provoke him. The best thing he could have done was just to steer clear of all that for a while.
