Ram Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 Useless idiots. Ten years from now, if we're still alive, we'll still be talking the same things. They're incapable of doing anything but votebank politics.
Desi Cartman Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 I hate Modi .. but who else has balls to do anything about security in India ... he is ruthless we need someone like him who is not so anit-muslim
THX_1138 Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 I hate Modi .. but who else has balls to do anything about security in India ... he is ruthless we need someone like him who is not so anit-muslim well a rigid but effective leader. neither of which is modi to be honest. but i do agree that we need new leadership.
Predator_05 Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 Nothing will change, and everyone will forget about this in a few weeks. 6 months later, the same stuff will happen again.
DomainK Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 A week from now, everyone would be Praising Bombay-ites for the amazing courage of carrying on life as if nothing happened. Some producers will make movies and the incidents will keep the tv channels' earnings consistent for a while. Those who saw something first hand will keep telling stories for the rest of their lives. Five years later, another group brainwashed by some bearded man will take the city hostage again.
veer Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 secure the damn border... take out people like Amar singh and throw them in jail... some people here dont like Modi... In a perfect world, I wont like Modi either.. but in 1992, I found out that its not a perfect world.. soo he is best guy for us.. you gotta live in Gujarat to know why Godhara happened .. ?? he is not for wiping out muslims.. he is for keeping those fanatic elements in check.. I would take a leader who takes a stand against this any day than leader who sells him for bucks.. sitting in US, UK and criticizing things is easy..
Kartikey Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 I'm not a huge fan of Narendra Modi but in thisn situation we frigging need him. And kick politicians like the thackreys, amar singh, mayawati etc out of the country so it can actually be governed prpperly.
DomainK Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 Veer, if we need to control the situation, we need to eliminate extremists from both sides. Modi is an extremist.

CC1981 Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 I keep saying over and over : The single biggest reason we have gone backwards as a civilization is because of religion. First, the hindu Pratiharas vs Jain Rashtrakutas vs Buddhist Palas left the subcontinent exhausted, vulnerable and paved the way for the barbarian muslims to invade and genocide. Then its again, hindu vs muslim BS happening for centuries that've stunted our growth. Religion is the single biggest reason we are a third world *****hole and not a first world superpower. its high time we considered other options - such as giving Maoism a go or voting Maoists in power- if not anything, they are the best bet to cure Indians from the plague of religion. Is it worth the while of a generation to make concessions to their rights of freedom, speech and individualism to kill the monster that is religion ? Is it worth the while of our generation and the next to live in a quasi-dictatorial regime just so that we don't have nonsensical books like the vedas, gita, koran, bible etc. floating around, telling people what to think and how to be ? I think so.
King Tendulkar Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 People mocked George Bush. But I always admired him. He did what ever it took. And I mean what ever it took to protect USA lives. He and his govt took the issue of national security seriously and put that above anything else. I wish we had Bush figure/govt who also took the issue of national security as paramount! We need such a no no nonsense figure to sort this out.
King Tendulkar Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 The only possible answer is chief minister Modi of Gujurat. Make him prime minister for 10 years and tell him do what you need to do. Solve the problem! With pathetic congress in charge well god knows how bad things can get. I think we will never solve this. We are doomed. What next? They will probably stike in best hotels in goa next and cause carnage. God knows what is running through their sick fundamental minds
King Tendulkar Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 We are doomed. Nothing will be able to stop this. This will happen again and again and again. It will get worse and worse. It is what a lot of people have been saying will happen but were told by the politiical correctness mob to shut up and so it kept being brushed under the carpet. Impossible to stop people desperate to die and also kill others. The massacres over last 5 years are becoming more and more. We have 130 odd million muslims. Only need a small percentage willing to adopt this islamic fundamentalism. We have that problem now with seemingly a conveyor belt of youn muslims willing to die for the cause. Impossible to mointor such a large community, especially when they peovide zero intelligence. And lets be brutaly honest for once, there is also a good percentage of muslims who will morally support these actions of the terrorists if not willin to actually die themselves If we clamp down on islamic fundies them then muslims get angry and more young muslims pop up willing to do attacks due to resentment. Do nothing and we have the results that we have now. Vicious circle with no answer. Can't even negotiate with them. As they have no tangible cause. They want destruction of India and death of kaffars. At least palistine or kashmir you know what they want, hear they want nothing apart from death. We are doomed. The police even if they have the will do not have the know how to deal with this. Quite frankly we need a dictatorship or something. Democracy does not work here as politicians are more interested in getting muslim votes then stopping deaths. We are screwed

Lets try to see this logically : USA gets bombed by Al Qaeda ---> AQ sheltered by taleban in Afghanistan ---> US declares war on the Taleban---> USA doesnt finish what it started, asks other nations to clean up in Afghanistan and then divides its forces and starts a totally BS war backed by lies in Iraq. What a great great thing to do !

I am not here to keep the morale up. There are others to do this. You only have to see the last 6 years of terrorism to realise this ain't getting better but worse and worse. These are the facts. I see no sloution to preventing further terror attacks

That is completely different from his expeditions in Iraq.
