Guest dada_rocks Posted December 21, 2008 Posted December 21, 2008 Nobody tells you these things, when you go for that huge corner lot. I am learning it hard way. In last 48 hours have had to shovell snow off side-walk 6 times..

h4te Posted December 21, 2008 Posted December 21, 2008 I don't have option though ..Unless I am ready to cop fine they make you shovel all the snow for living in a corner lot???? that's unfair. i'd ask everyone to take turns doing or :finger: (unless you pay less rent than others)
Guest dada_rocks Posted December 21, 2008 Posted December 21, 2008 In corner lots your pporperty is sruppunded by roads on two sides and you are reposnsible for sidewalks adjacent to your property....... To make matters worse usually corner lots are bigger in comaparison .. You work more for owning larger piece of land surrounded by roads on two sides... It feels good in summer though
