Sachinism Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 Ajmal Qasab is a Pakistani national, admits Islamabad NDTV Correspondent Wednesday, January 07, 2009 7:26 PM (New Delhi) Islamabad has finally admitted that Ajmal Qasab, the lone terrorist captured after the 26/11 Mumbai attacks, is indeed a Pakistani national. Pakistan Information Minister Sherry Rahman confirmed this to NDTV via a text message. "We are confirming Ajmal Qasab is from Pakistan, but investigations are going on," said Sherry Rahman, Pakistan Information Minister. "Qasab has no connection with the official agencies," she added. Even Pakistan Foreign Office has confirmed this news. The confirmation comes two days after New Delhi handed over the evidence linking the Mumbai attackers to Pakistan. Qasab on Tuesday had again asked Pakistan government for consular access and legal aid, which Islamabad has refused. Ajmal was remanded to further police custody till January 19 for his role in the shootout at the Cama and Albless Hospital in South Mumbai. They had virtually no credibilty but now they must have none. Even there PM would waffle I dont think he is a pak. And now after all their BS they admit that he is pak. What a bunch of jokers. Now thay will say no army and ISI involvement. Will anyone believe them, I certainly wont, not that I ever believe anuthing they say anyway

sandtest Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 The thread title is bit misleading. Pakis have not come to their senses, no way. All they have done is just accepted the guy as another Paki among many pakis spreading terror worldwide due to their own compulsions. Ajmal Kasab's parents were traced till Muridke, Paki-Punjab by UK media. Since then his parents have disappeared. Sooner or later some relatives will start making noise about his parents disappreance. Pakis took evasive action beforehand and admitted him being a paki. Pakis have history of not accepting even their own soldiers who died in Kargil because it will expose their "mujahideen" BS.
