suraj
this is how to first line of the article reads: LEADING umpire Simon Taufel has revealed he is prepared to return to Pakistan for future cricket matches, despite nearly getting killed in a bloody terrorist attack last week. so either the author of this article who has drawn this conclusion is an IDIOT or you are. I would obviously go with the LATER.:finger: Allah ke bande bold mein likhne se jhooth sach nahin ho jaata; everyone here was criticizing the author's interpretation; by calling a fellow member an "idiot" you have again displayed Paki mentality Tum logon ko na mehman banna aata hai na mehmannawazi karna Poor hosts and worst guests defines Pakistanis. punjabi_khota
He can go back surely, but I don't see the teams going there anytime soon. The PCB's attitude doesn't help one bit in this obviously.. Link to comment
jf1gp_1
"You can never say never," Taufel said when asked about a Pakistan return IF x-y-z happens then he might return - you make it sound as if 'after this interview i am going to book my flight to lahore' Link to comment
Anakin
Yes, he'll go alone, because you won't find 11 players who'd be that crazy at the same time. Link to comment
King
Good on him for the courage he's showing. There has been times when places other than Pakistan in particular Sri Lanka was under lot of turmoil. Cricket still returned to Sri Lanka. No matter what the show will go on. A good peaceful tour to Pakistan will do wonders to the sub continent. It's very hard to isolate rest of the countries in the sub-continent although no mistake of theirs. Pakistan need to get their house in order, they are terrible in terms of administration be it in sports or politics. If not now, Pakistan will never again get a chance to grow as a responsible nation. Catch the culprits and put an end to terror otherwise let alone sports even living will a tough task in Pakistan. Fontaine
I hope cricket does return to Pakistan, . . . . . . so that we can hammer the Pak team again in their home turf!!! lol Link to comment

umpire
he is smart, just making pakistanis happy, he knows he is not required until cricket team is ready to go there. England, Australia, SAF, NZL, SL will not go, even Windies and India will not go Link to comment
DomainK
So, ucilite, that makes you happy or that makes you sad? Does Pakistan feel worried or vindicated? Link to comment
