Sachinism
Diving forward is always the hardest thing to do Only thing I would see as a negative if that he didn't dive forward properly, tried to save grazing his elbows, he tilted his body, which may have stopped him from taking the catch Link to comment

The Realist
Good point made earlier that India have a ticking time bomb regarding the slip fielding when the older players retire. The expertise they brough will take time to develop but what is really disappointing is that the younger players like Sharma and Patel look so unathletic when fielding. Sharma at least tries but what is Patel's problem? He just appears so uninterested and motivated. What really pees me of is though that when he makes his constant mistakes there is no acceptance of responsibility, no hunger and even no anger. Show that you care dammit. I really think India are sending out the wrong image and message by picking players like Patel who seem to show no desire or hunger to play for the national team. Link to comment
