mhr123 Posted May 10, 2009 Posted May 10, 2009 Tata Group is known for its initiatives and nation-buiding activities since it started. The Group is very democratic in its functioning too with an ethical group within. Other industrialists should emulate and indeed try to excel in these respects. It is something beyond imagination if a lower middle class can have a home in the major cities. Hats Off to Ratan Tata ,Man of High Vision. There might be that some other big industralists of india to come forward & start projects like Ratan Tata already doing that. Ratan Tata a true Indian , who thinks about the country and the people of India ...:hatsoff::hatsoff: http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/videoshow/4492349.cms
Desi Cartman Posted May 10, 2009 Posted May 10, 2009 100 kms from mumbai :hmmm: if they are able to provide express trains then its fine .. A lot of people in melbourne come from Geelong which is around 80 kms from Melbourne , fast trains (not really express though) takes less than an hour .. so if there are express trains then this 100kms can be done in 60 mins which is not bad considering the price of the flats. BTW I hope they do something to stop black marketing of these properties , the dealers are gonna buy a lot of flats and then sit on them before they sell for 2-3 times the original price

Apna Laluwaa will surely do something if they demand. Well regarding black marketing , if govt body stays away from this i hope Tata can have proper way to deal in this area. But the problem is our netas will demand atleast one flat each before the first foundation is laid.

Ram Posted May 11, 2009 Posted May 11, 2009 Recession in India is such good news. It puts real-estate prices, which were bid up to these astronomical highs due to mindless, speculative investments by NRIs, back within reach of millions of middle-class families. I wouldn’t mind if prices fell by another 15-20%.
