Rajiv Posted May 19, 2009 Posted May 19, 2009 Nostalgic and these days would never come by again 1) Overlooking the Arabian see near the rocks at bandstand, cool breeze and sitting on the car hood - light music with couple of friends.the place was so cool that even the cops van used to come there, infact they borrowed a soda from us once 2) The beach - always a perfect place 3) Roof/Terrace - anytime type of roof, although there are not many houses in Mumbai whenever I got a chance, we used to enjoy immensely 4) A bar with dim lights and soft KK Music - In India A bar not too loud with good collection of beer on TAP Overall, its the company which matters and the laughs, dont get the same here Whats ur ideal place to drink one Disclaimer: This page is not endorsed, approved, or supported by Alcoholics Anonymous as a whole or by any AA entity

But the most favourite was drinking with my friends on a bridge in Mangalore as nightfall was closing in, green all around and the river flowing peacefully. I will never ever forget that and you can have such a moment of zen only in India.

It reminds me of a classic from one of my friends at around 3AM in the morning when he gave his review comments on the film 'Black'. He said "In the film, Rani Mukerjee is blind AND she can't see too." Everyone of us was in histerics so much so that we woke up one of the folks in the neighborhood. That guy shouted at us "Can't you people keep it low? Don't you think I need to work tomorrow?", to which my friend responded "Tell him that tomorrow is a Sunday". This irked him even more:cantstop:...great memories.
cowboysfan Posted May 19, 2009 Posted May 19, 2009 got to be Goa-It was my first time(just after finishing 12th)drinking with my friends on the beach and i had one of the best 4 days ever!. Drinking in a campground in Yellowstone when the temperature dropped to freezing in the night with a big fire going was also memorable.
