cowboysfan Posted May 20, 2009 Share Posted May 20, 2009 IPL has Achieved the holy grail of professional franchise sports.Its a dream for most leagues in sports where the teams who finished last two in the standing will be playing a meaningful post season game but that has what happened in IPL2 with the last placed teams of IPL1(DC and BRC) making it to the semis(almost there anyway). This is what is exciting about the IPL-the parity between the teams is amazing.Even KKR would have won more matches if it was not for the bone heading coaching decisions and abject fielding.I wouldnt be surprised if even the bambis make it to the semis next year.the IPL surely is the Envy of many leagues and it is still in its infancy.
