CSK Fan Posted May 26, 2009 Posted May 26, 2009 Recently one of my friend was travelling on Emirates , the flight was schedule to land at Khartoum International Airport but due to heavy sandstorm and Zero Visibility it was diverted to Port Sudan . There all the passengers were allowed to disembark and were given rooms at the Hilton... Ok atleast if Indigo cant afford 5 star hotel , atleast they should allow the passengers to stay at airport lounge. More than moeny factor its the rules and safety regulations which seems to have applied here. India is under a lot of terror threat and safety cannot be compramised
vipin Posted May 26, 2009 Posted May 26, 2009 I was stuck inside my hostel room in kharagpur (near kolkata) for 48 hours because winds at 75 Kph were blowing outside , and trees were falling and it was raining cats and dogs. Theres nothing you can do about a cyclone my boy.

India is under a lot of terror threat and safety cannot be compramised I am not sure if Indigo seems to follow the flying norms... u know they allow the passengers inside the cockpit and they show all the functions. Even they allowed my wife inside the cockpit. I am not sure what they are tying to do .... Highjacking made easy..Huh!
cochise Posted May 27, 2009 Posted May 27, 2009 Nice! If it was only me...I would make the plane do hula-hoops and crash and burn. As usual....it's the others that awaken my conscience. What a bummer!
