I never understood why some Indians have the urge to forcefully use abusive language when they call any call centre. I know some guys who think its a norm to use abusive language to get work done by a representative. :dontknow:

Huh? I have not come across even single person who 'forcefully use abuse language' when they call any call centre or think 'its the norm to abusive language to get work done by a representative'.

Then I am moving around with the wrong type of people. :(( I am guilty of grossly generalizing, it actually reminded of 2-3 people I came across who 'forcefully used abusive language' and I lost my rationality and attacked their nationality. :P

Don’t EVER generalize if you cannot substantiate it coz, somewhere, someone could be reading your posts and forming misinformed opinions. :P

I have never abused someone from a call center through I have screamed at them so many times. But they do irritate you so many times. Whenever I call the Airtel helpline with a GPRS problem, I feel like abusing the hell out of those dumb girls. I start by telling them in clear terms what the problem is and they start asking "Sir, is the cable connected to your cell?" "Yes." "Sir, is the other end of the cable connected to your computer?" And I think "Don't waste my time you *****." Aloud I would tell her that cables are connected, the modem is showing, the drivers are in place, the software is working. I also give them the error number if there is one." Then the ***** would say "Sir, can please click on start. Now click on control panel. Now click on phone and modem options. Now please click on the modems tab. Now tell me if you see the airtel modem there." You *****, did I not tell you that the modem is there. If at all you had to ask, you could have asked me if the modem was showing? Aloud I explain the entire problem again in detail and then she would ask me to make sure that the phone is switched on.:wall:
