Faith is an extremely personal endeavour. I wasn't particularly religious or spiritual. As a science graduate, i've always needed to lean on good old solid proof. Well last year I got some proof. Now I believe. Some will go through life never getting their proof and that's just the way it is.

I have a friend who was an atheist to the core. I met him many years later and to my shock he turned super religious. I asked him how did this happen. He says he just experienced it and he cannot explain in words then he started to read Bible, Quran and Gita and finally found solace in the Gita. He said everyone at least once in their lifetime are going to experience it and will learn the truth. I said OK

For all theists, is there anything that could happen that would change your belief to non belief? if so what and if not why not?
Nope. I have seen plenty happen in my life to ensure that I am never going to be an atheist. Will I continue to explore my religion..yes, absolutely - the Gita, the Vedas, the Upanishads, the Puranas..it is my hope that one day I'll be able to fully grasp their inherent teachings and continuously try and discover the true meaning of everything. But become an atheist...naah never gonna happen. Jai Jai Shri Sai Ram! And with that..I bring up my 100th post :icflove:
