It's a different mix of flavours and aromas are milder. The key notes are familiar and you would recognize it as a biryani in a blind tasting. Try this at home if you get it nearby. dry fruits and nuts are more in the pulow zone. Lucknawi Biryani FTW :proud: Love it! The best lucknowi biryani I had was in Dewa mela. The meat melts in your mouth.
