ludhianvi Posted September 21, 2009 Author Posted September 21, 2009 how do you prepare it' date=' ludh. Looks awesome![/quote'] Bread Pizza about a week ago .. it was yummy Basic idea: Toast breads, spread ketchup to base, sprinkle cheese at base, add toppings, put in oven so veggies are a bit cooked, remove from oven, sprinkle more cheese on top, put i oven and monitor until cheese melts, turn off oven, and eat fresh. Step by step I've experimented making them in a few different ways. Here's one: Toast the breads in a toaster to medium level Cut your toppings you would like. I usually just add veggies like tomatoes, green pepper, and onions. Slice them any way you like I prefer mine to be long and skinny. If you add meat, heat it up beforehand. You can make it desi style by adding little bit of ginger, garlic, green chillies. Dice them up so they're really small. Spread ketchup onto the breads with a spoon. Add plenty as it will dry out later. Sprinkle your spices like salt and black pepper if you want or other herbs. For the cheese, you can either use grated cheese or the sliced cheese. If using cheese slice, then use the back of a knife and cut it into 1/2 cm thin strips. This is so air can pass through and it wont bulge up like a umbrella. 1/2 a slice is good for one bread slice. Sprinkle about 2 strips to each slice. Add your toppings and sprinkle some olive oil on the toppings or use a brush and add oil to the sides of the bread to make it crispy Preheat your oven to about 400deg F and place the breads with the toppings on them in the oven for about 3-4 minutes. The timing you'll have to experiment... for me its about 3-4 minutes. Then take the tray out of the oven and spread/sprinkle the rest of the cheese strips and place it back in the oven. Then watch when the cheese starts melting. Then I turn off the oven but keep the breads in for about 2-3 minutes more.. The timing will depend.. if you keep it in their for too long, the cheese will burn and will taste like plastic. If your breads get burnt, then toast them lightly in the beginning. And you 'should' have some tasty bread pizzas to eat with orange juice. The combination is very nice. :woot:
varun Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 its not about looks its about how you feel! plus i love working out!! That is such a cop-out. I've heard so many girls say that but they can't stop looking at themselves and their tummy in the mirror after working out. I guess how one feels is linked to how one looks :P
