It tastes yummy, but I couldn't get the damn cheese to melt :(( Not bad for first time...hope it comes of use in the reconnaisse mission:tounge_smile: Your cheese looks heavy duty stuff. Try even thinner cuts and Mozzarella would be a better cheese. If you like your cheddar, then you can put the bread with topings and cheese on top in the microwave for about 20-30 secs before putting in the oven....should soften it up. Or you can just get the grated cheese. I just use whatever is in the house i.e thin sliced mozzarella cheese. And at the bottom, I usually take about two strips (i.e the 0.5cm ones) and dice them up and sprinkle at the bottom...not too much. Like this.....ignore my old tray, was too lazy to change the aluminum foil :tounge_smile: This is before putting it in the oven ofcourse

I swear I must be the only Indian that hates them, the smell is unbearable to me. I hate it when people go around stinking of onions, especially on the London Underground. Nasty.

I get abuse for my onion and garlic hatred! Also, Brown women seem to run a mile when I tell them "I dont eat onions"
