DomainK Posted October 2, 2009 Posted October 2, 2009 We have one single thread for the ICC awards even when Gambhir and Dhoni wins 2 of the 3 most coveted awards and when atleast 3 indians made the ODI and test sides but we have a separate thread for an umpire winning the "best of the worst " award. Well, it's a Pak fan who opened the thread. Nothing wrong with it.

kabira Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 Why was Dhoni absent? in ICC Award Ceremony. Gambhir, Ishant, Yuvi all were there, why was our captain not there? He was suppose to take 3 awards. one personal for best ODI batsman, one each for ODI team and TEst team captain.

champ Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 dhoni is giving a message by not being at the awards : he is not interested about individual records and wants to win more as a team. if thats true , it will be excellent.. but really he had to be there and represent team India.. after all we dont get this chance everytime..
