Pakistan beat a minnow "West Indies" and had luck agnst India. when it came to he big test agnst Australia they failed!! Now India had a couple of poor umpiring decisions and Pak and they lost the only match in the CT!! Rain washed the match agnst Ausies!! And we thrashed Windies iin our last and 2nd full group game!! In the first match pakistan won agnst Windies they sumhow managed to win that match agnst a "C" grade side For that match out of 10 they don deserve more than 5 Then they beat India not convincinghly..still i wud give them 7!! The they lost to Australia but for a gud fight back in the end they deserve 5!! In the match agnst NZ they were whipped off!! They don deserve more than 3 agat the Team India walked over in their own backyard!! Overal IMO i wud give dem 5 out of 10 for their overall performance on CT!! Now cuming to India in the first match agnst Pakistan they bowled poorly and got hammered by some club level batsman A.K.A Shoib Malik!! But they did well with the bat but still they dont deserve more dan 3!! The match agnst Ausies got washed out so no marks for dat!! India won convincingly agnsnt West Indies so 7 out of 10 for dem!! Overall IMO i wud give India 5 out of 10 for CT!! Now comapring both sides : Pakistan : Played 4 , Won 2 , Lost 2 India : Played 3 ,Lost 1, Won 1, 1 got called off So overall both the performance of India and Pak on the field in the tournament has been same, Its just dat they played 2 matches more coz they had luck on their side.. which India didnt had!! So y the **** *****es are making such big issue out of their performance?? Statistically..both the teams performance on CT was similar!! Pakistan played way better cricket than India in the CT...bottom line. Beating India by a significant margin of 54 runs requires more than luck and one bad(very close) umpiring decision. Pakistan almost beat OZ that day. OZ almost peed in their pants chasing 200 odd. Ponting was almost crying by the end of 47th over. the game went down the wire and OZ managed to win by 2 wickets. very well fought game unlike India who lost by 54. India against OZ had 90% percent chances of losing. The only way India could have chased 300 odd that day was if sachin had made a 100. We all know sachin's record under pressure while chasing!!! Please don't be ignorant. India was a huge flop show in CT. India had bad bowling and fielding department and the batting department which never fired when needed against pakistan. You can't be crying for a second chance in competition like CT for a second chance. you can't say that it was just once that the batting department didn't play well and India were out...well too bad...get over it...you have to fire every single game in ICC events... Team India sucked big time in CT...Pakistan beat India at the end of the day...call it luck or umpire's mistake but the truth is that Pakistan team thrashed india by 54 runs that day and all the fault should go on to the 11 players... make all excuses you want but you :fail:

Kind of like the Soccer(football) world cup. One doesnt win games based on deservedness or pity- its all about winning in the end.

Not even Australia innings was closed!! Don draw conclusions on ur own!! India didnt play well in the limited oppurtunity so did Pakistan in 4 matches!!

If cricket was always as it should be, what would be the point? We can keep making comparisons for as long as we want to, but a couple of decades from now people will look at the stats and see that India got knocked out before the semis and that Pakistan got knocked out in the semis. Let's move on.
