rahulrulezz Posted March 14, 2011 Posted March 14, 2011 KT I hate nehra as u do but his economy has been 5.9 not 6.3. Can u gimme a link which profes that his economy is 6.3. I have to show it to my friend.
Lord Posted March 14, 2011 Posted March 14, 2011 hes clearly not fit n in form,we need only 2 pacers Munaf n Zak
Ultimate_Game Posted March 14, 2011 Posted March 14, 2011 hes clearly not fit n in form' date='we need only 2 pacers Munaf n Zak[/quote'] Don't call Munaf a "pacer". He's a trundler who bowls at the same speed Collingwood does :((
Lord Posted March 14, 2011 Posted March 14, 2011 Don't call Munaf a "pacer". He's a trundler who bowls at the same speed Collingwood does :(( I meant slow medium pacer
Ultimate_Game Posted March 14, 2011 Posted March 14, 2011 I meant slow medium pacer Nope, the word "pacer" should not be used in the description. He is "right arm medium" that's it. No "pacer" or "fast" needs to be added. And on top of his 120 kph pace he has the nerve to bowl a "slower ball"

CG Posted March 14, 2011 Posted March 14, 2011 I don't think there is much to pick between the two. One leaks runs throughout the game and the other leaks runs just when you need containment. Yes Sree can get you wickets' date=' but he is a career 6+ RPO bowler.[/quote'] Sreesanth bowled well in last odi series against newzealand when nehra was getting hammered, nehra is going at OVER 7 R.P.O in last 5 games,We need a wicket taker as if you do not take wickets no matter how much you contain opp will score big as we saw in last few matches.
CG Posted March 14, 2011 Posted March 14, 2011 In what way is that crybaby over actor Sreesanth better than Nehra?? Both have a tendency to go for runs but still Sree's economy rate is worse than Nehra and Nehra has picked up more wickets than Sree in the last few months while Sree causes further headache for both his team and the opposition. Sree is faster, stronger, better than Pehra anyday, and atleast he does not laugh after getting hit for sixes.

gaurav92 Posted March 14, 2011 Posted March 14, 2011 KT I take all my words back, Nehra is awful death bowler and should never be in the Indian team just because his performance was not great in one odd game where he came back after an injury.
Midfielder Posted March 15, 2011 Posted March 15, 2011 Blaming Nehra for the last over is over simplification. The batting cost that game not his bowling. The game was not lost in the last over.
Ultimate_Game Posted March 15, 2011 Posted March 15, 2011 Blaming Nehra for the last over is over simplification. The batting cost that game not his bowling. The game was not lost in the last over. But the last over didn't help either. Granted batsmen should have scored much more than 296 which they ended with but still 296 is a pretty decent total which should have been defended had Nehra and Munaf bowled a bit better.

Sure it did not but that was a small factor not the factor. I still blame the think tank for sending Pathan up the order. Game was lost pretty much at that point. Nothing against him but he should be replaced by Raina.
CG Posted March 15, 2011 Posted March 15, 2011 have you not heard our captain & media thinks he is as specialist death bowler and our ****ing catain says he has bowled l in powerplay, slog overs,******* if you play him so much matches he will bowl in powerplays, Guy cannot field ,laughs after misfielding, still plays.:finger::finger::finger:
Little_Master Posted March 15, 2011 Posted March 15, 2011 Looks like the guyz did not learn anything under gangu da's captaincy...even though Ganguly himself was a poor fielder he expected high standards on the field and would be all over the fielder/bowler if one were to drop a catch or laugh for no freaking reason.
Sachin=GOD Posted March 15, 2011 Posted March 15, 2011 Blaming Nehra for the last over is over simplification. The batting cost that game not his bowling. The game was not lost in the last over. ++++ there's simply no excuse for a batting collapse like 9/29 so people start to blame a bowler. Anyone who was given the last over in such a high pressure situation could've gone for plenty of runs :dontknow:
