Temujin Khaghan
Pretty good actually. Shane Watson Tim Paine (wk) Ricky Ponting © Cameron White Michael Hussey (vc) Adam Voges Moises Henriques - in for HOPES Peter Siddle Nathan Hauritz Ben Hilfenhaus - for lee and mitch Doug Bollinger - for lee and mitch sub: Jon Holland - left arm orth - dont think he will play Shaun Marsh - not yet I think unlike in the first match, there are some bowlers who can be targeted. IMO, I feel the crucial thing for india is batting well in the middle overs when henriques, hauritz and hilfenhaus might try and complete thier quota. Link to comment
Temujin Khaghan
I wish yuvraj will play for us in the next match, Instead of Kohli (whom i like btw). We need mishra instead of jadeja... why go for bits and pieces, when you have a specialist Sehwag Sachin Gambhir Yuvraj Raina Dhoni Harbhajan Praveen Mishra Sudeep Ishanth Link to comment

Params7
No Lee, No Johnson. Opportunity for Yuvi to settle in, and for India to go 1-1 in this series. Link to comment

If mishra gets turn, he will be more penetrating than bhajji. IMO i dont care if he goes for some beating in his spells, but if the scorecard reads 180ish/6 or 5 atleast at the end of the 40th over than i wud say, job well done. Coz our pace bowlers without yorkers would be easy fodder for thier top order batsmen in the last 10 overs... add a batting powerplay to that. Link to comment

99.94
My vote is to put in Bollinger and Hilfenhaus for Lee and Johnson. Put Marsh in for Hopes so we have pretty strong batting. Ideally Marsh is an opener but we can't split up T-Pain and Watson. Then get 10 from Watson and 10 from the other 4 front line bowlers. Kick Voges off the team and bring in Lee Carseldine! saneindian
The most crucial thing against the Aussies is to get a good start. Check all ODIs that we have won against Aussies and a common theme has been a good start by the openers and someone in top 4 playing a long innings. Aussies once they make early inroads, generally dont let the opposition have a sniff at victory( last odi was an exception). So its time for Viru and SRT to go bang bang right from the word go. champ
unfortunate .. we need to play against the strongest possible team .. hope they are back soon Link to comment
diegovegaz
the competition will be no less, with any of those 3 out the replacements will be raring to go, and will make a big impact (as it is always the case, when a new fellow plays against india) maybe hilfenhaus can get a 6 wicket haul??? Johnson is not ruled out completely now and he was in the practice session.. maybe Lee and Hopes will miss out "Brett is certainly out of tomorrow's game but Mitchell Johnson's woken up a lot better today morning than we thought he would be when we drafted the media release yesterday evening. We will see how he pulls up through the training session today and all the indications are that he might well be available tomorrow morning. At this stage, Mitchell is not completely out." Tim Nielsen is keeping his fingers crossed on Johnson. from cricinfo Link to comment

Ram
If Hopes, Lee and Johnson are not playing, that significantly restricts their batting depth and to an extent, bowling options. Bat first or second, i cant wait to see Sehwag pounce on these noobies. :woot: I think the 2nd ODI is going to be Viru's day out! :yay: Link to comment

Don Sharma
I would have loved to see a full strength Indian team taking on a full strength Oz, it would have given us a fair indication as to where we stand when compared to the Aussies. Anyway, we should win the next match comfortably now. Link to comment
