To counter this, SP led ably by that gentleman Amar Singh retaliated with 'Ya Ali'. :cantstop: Amar Singh then almost brawled with SS Ahluwalia. Hilariously pathetic scenes yesterday. Its about time they reformed the procedures of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. Us taxpayers do not spend 1000s of crores on electing our representatives so that they can go Delhi and waste taxpayer money by simply creating a ruckus and repeatedly forcing the speaker to adjourn the parliament. I think the procedures are fine. Largely similar to the procedures and code of conduct of the British parliament which ensures decorum in that house. You can create as many procedural rules as you want, but if your members don’t even have bare minimum levels of civility, then there’s little that can be done about it.
