To counter this, SP led ably by that gentleman Amar Singh retaliated with 'Ya Ali'. :cantstop: Amar Singh then almost brawled with SS Ahluwalia. Hilariously pathetic scenes yesterday.
Ram Posted November 25, 2009 Posted November 25, 2009 Its such a shame that the highest seat of power of a country of one billion people can be witness to such unruly scenes and heckling.. Its about time they reformed the procedures of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. Us taxpayers do not spend 1000s of crores on electing our representatives so that they can go Delhi and waste taxpayer money by simply creating a ruckus and repeatedly forcing the speaker to adjourn the parliament.

I think the procedures are fine. Largely similar to the procedures and code of conduct of the British parliament which ensures decorum in that house. The problem is the people we elect, uneducated hooligans.
