take out 1985 to 1990 and you will see who has done better India has done pretty well every time except those five years... and welcome to the future (my present)...those 5 years are not going to do any good right now...go out and win and show us that your team is still good

but the stats you do not show that India is clearly better than Pak in recent times... ok don't take out the years...and you have the right over all stats...happy? but that does not mean much as of right now other than show how good pak was back in the days

Really ? Last 10 ODIS Pak 5 India 5 Last 6 Tests Pak 1 India 1 Disclaimer: I know current Pakistan team is ****, i'll say that louder then any Indian posters. But seriously Indian posters should be the last people on earth trying to bring up the past, they have easily the worst cricketing history among all cricketing nations.

FACT 1- We won the cricket world cup 9 years before you guys FACT 2- We won a t20 WC 2 years before you guys FACT 3- We won the ICC champions trophy (....) years before you guys FACT 4- We became the no 1 test team in the world (...) years before you guys FACT 5- We became the no 1 ODI team in the world (...) years before you guys For facts 3,4 and 5, please remember to fill in the blanks when you guys are able to win a champions trophy and become the no 1 test and odi side in the world.

india done amazing from 2 july 1962 to 9 sept 1977, Pak was great from 3 Sep 1998 to 4 april 2005.... Ravi lal scored 400 runs in 1951 against Nepal whiile aslam khan scored only 39 in 5 tests... Com'on guys what type of stats game you having...

If you`re talking of individual records, remember Karachi where Faisal Iqbal made more than Ganguly,Sachin,Laxman,Sehwag and Dravid combined:hysterical: BTW this thread is dumb. Indians seem very touchy on the subject of Pakistan.. Porbably the most important stat is that India still have a losing record against Pakistan in both ODIs and Tests.

Yeah and frankly speaking I think this is the most frustating factor to Indian fans... and so they try to find out something out of nothing. I think we, Pakistani admits with open heart that overall we are not doing good right now but when its vs India or something where India Pak n Ind both there, we are still :two_thumbs_up: i.e. the most recent T20 WC, Champions trophy... As for as one-to-one matches are concerned everybody know that we are ready to play with india anywhere any time but they have some "issues"....

It's a known fact that Pakistan have historically played very well against India in the past. But especially after the dominance of Pakistan in the 1980s and 1990s, it feels good to have upped it against Pakistan a bit in the 2000s. Although the fact is that we still have some ways to go until we beat Pakistan consistently. I think the next decade is going to be a +10 for India if both teams continue playing cricket in the same vein. In all forms of Cricket (Test, ODI, T20I), diff = (number of Indian wins - number of Pakistani wins)

This is really interesting, so in 6 decades, there is only a one decade where you dominated by 1 match but yeah 2000s remained best for you in recent 50 years ;) though Pak still dominated.... Wish you all the Best for 2010s.
