Thanks for the post Desi man! Watched the interview IMMEDIATELY after seeing the thread. What a man! If the boffins from the scientific world invented something called the passion-o-meter, then the measurement from Gautam's body is sure to shoot up and burst over from the top. You can sense that every sinew in his body is bristling with passion and the desperate need to do well for the country, team and team-mates. And after all this heady success, he's still so humble, down-to-earth and unassuming. There's no 'Look-I've-done-it-all' feel about it, nor is there any need to sound cool and retro. His answers are plain, direct and straight to the point. In many aspects, he's so similar to Sehwag. No wonder the two of them get along so well.
