you got a nokri?? :woot: :two_thumbs_up: bond/contract means that you have to work for the company for the minimum amount of time. If you sign a 2yr bond/contract = It means you have at least stay and work with them for 2 yrs. tbh I would choose finance, I have no idea how things work there. But theres my justified answer :beee:
am working from past three months :secret: nowdays working for a research company :dance: now searching for new job.

As a rule, I'd avoid getting involved with a company that requires a bond/contract, tying you in for a number of years in their employment. It's normally a consequence of a lot of people having left soon after joining, which reflects poorly on the internal dynamics. However, depending on the company it could also be because they invest heavily on their new employees (most probably fresh graduates) by training them extensively and in return require a commitment from the employees themselves. A little research and discreet enquiries with current employees will give you a better idea. Also finance/marketing should be a personal choice. Can't call that.

What are the terms of the bond? Is there a financial escape clause? If so whats the amount. Lots of companies ask employees to sign a bond. I had to sign one for 75k in my first job too
