azanian Posted March 20, 2010 Posted March 20, 2010 Stuart Broad always behaves like a spoilt brat. The guy is really obnoxious
BERGKAMP Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 *BUMP* more attitude from him today towards the umpires. he had one appeal turned down, then a bit later he bowled a bangla batsman and appealed sarcastically to the umpire.
Feed Posted March 27, 2010 Posted March 27, 2010 Strauss warning for Broad England captain Andrew Strauss warned Stuart Broad must watch his behaviour towards umpires after two incidents in Bangladesh. More... Saturday 27th March 2010 Strauss warning for Broad England captain Andrew Strauss warned Stuart Broad must watch his behaviour towards umpires after two incidents in Bangladesh. Broad avoided disciplinary action but the England coach Andy Flower admitted recently the fast bowler was "close to the line". Broad apologised to Australian umpire Rod Tucker after failing to turn around for an lbw appeal during the first Test in Chittagong. In the second Test, Broad reacted incredulously when umpire David Hill turned down an lbw shout and then offered a brief appeal after bowling Mushfiqur Rahim the very next delivery. Broad was required to explain to the New Zealand official that he had not reacted petulantly but that he was momentarily unaware the ball had hit the stumps. Flower admitted Broad was playing a dangerous game and former captain Michael Vaughan this week put his behaviour down to a voracious competitive spirit. Strauss is anxious not to dampen that desire - but he warned Broad to keep his emotions in check. "It is something he has got to be aware of," Strauss said, as he took a break from helping out at the Natwest Cricket Force scheme. "It has been picked up on. He hasn't had any complaints from the match referees but it is not a direction you really want to go down because it ends up distracting you from what is important. "He has to be careful but I am sure he understands the situation and will rein himself in." Strauss is relishing a return to action after he and bowler James Anderson were rested for the Bangladesh tour. Critics of the decision said Strauss, as England captain, should lead the team at all times and it is an argument he understands. But Strauss is convinced England's Ashes chances this winter have been boosted by his decision to recharge the batteries. "We have some really important cricket coming up. The Ashes is a huge series for us and the World Cup is a huge one-day series for us. We need to be peaking there," said Strauss. "I can understand the argument that the captain should be there all the time but I still think it has been the right decision in the long-term interests of the England side. "Come the Ashes we will need all the energy and enthusiasm we can muster. We have to look at ways of getting the most out of our players when we need them to be playing at their best."
Roshanrocks Posted March 27, 2010 Posted March 27, 2010 Broad should be given another dose of Yuviness........
Gunner_Mania Posted August 8, 2010 Author Posted August 8, 2010 To start with, Broad should have turned around in his appeal. He's got to be careful. He's already been warned on previous occasions 18.2 Broad to Azhar Ali, no run, huge appeal! Broad is convinced he's caught behind as this scoots past the outside edge. He doesn't even turn around in his appeal, but the umpire says not out. Then, despite such a confident appeal, they don't refer it and replays show it was a very wise decision. It was miles away from the edge.
saneindian Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 Broad is a mong, will give Sanga a hard run for being the biggest whiner in world cricket.
King Tendulkar Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 What he did was shocking. First the appeal was first class cheating, as the ball missed by by aroung half a metre yet he ran down celebrating high fivin mates and not even looking back or even appealing to umpire. He knew he was cheating by the fact did not even review it and of course breached all regs in not appealing. If he is not done for this then it once again shows the clear racism inherent in world cricket.
achilles Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 This deserves a fine. But we all know whats going to happen. Whose the match referee for the game? Actually, we shouldn't worry too much about this coz often the people who win the small battles, lose the big ones. Someday, Broad is going to get it back, in style.
King Tendulkar Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 Broad did it again. Cheating as did not hit bat and running down with appeal celebrating without looking back. Will match referee do anything? Probably have a couple of beers together and a laugh about it!!!

Probably have a couple of beers together and a laugh about it!!! Leave it bro. There is no need for us to get all worked up about it, when we already know what will happen next. They "forgave" him after he blatantly tampered the ball in SA. This is peanuts compared to it.
King Tendulkar Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 And now just hurls the bowl at pak bats head for no reason whats so ever. What a dick. He should get done for that!!!! Disgusting
King Tendulkar Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 Now he is blatantly cheating by running all over the wicket with umpire doin jack. This is farcical now
achilles Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 Pls record this and put it on youtube, someone. I'm missing this.
Lord Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 i wont be surprised if umpire apologises for not giving it out:phehehe:
