he does not want to put any effort in his bowling which shows

Since the t20 team was announced last week, RPS has suddenly started bowling at 135-136 kmph while earlier he was bowling at 126-127 kmph. That shows he still can bowl at that speed if he wants, but he dosnt want to put in the effort either due to a fear of injury or lack of motivation.

This shows the attitude of Indian fast bowlers, they want everything ready made which is not possible.
