Deleted_User_1 Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 Looks like he is backed into a corner and sh*t is going to hit the fan for him...... http://ibnlive.in.com/news/pawar-backs-off-modi-to-quit-as-ipl-chief/113620-37-64.html?from=tn
IKnowU Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 Modi starting to become the scapegoat out of this fiasco.
IKnowU Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 lol What a :fail: article by TOI. http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/iplarticleshow/5833789.cms I hope they understand the meaning of legal betting and illegal betting. fekwits. :banghead:
Rated_R Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 make gambling legal, half of the prob sorted, lol
teacup Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 Making betting legal does not implicitly mean that players and administrators can get involved.
abhinav Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 The trial is happening the in the media, all the channels are having a field day breaking 'news' (rumours). I'd be surprised if the IT department and ED are actually briefing media about their findings even before they are backed by research and solid evidence; a case in point is the 'mysterious lady' walking out of the Modi office day before yesterday. CNN IBN was breaking a while back the news that Videocon bid papers are missing because Videocon had bid together with Supriya Sule's husband (Pawar's son in law).
saneindian Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 If Modi goes, he will make sure many others go down with him too. Don't think sacking him is as simple as it sounds.
SachDan Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 If Modi goes' date=' he will make sure many others go down with him too. Don't think sacking him is as simple as it sounds.[/quote'] :dito:
Gunner_Mania Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 If Modi goes' date=' he will make sure many others go down with him too. Don't think sacking him is as simple as it sounds.[/quote'] So? I don't see what the problem is? If he is corrupt and there are a few others that are also corrupt with him and if he takes them down it is good.
abhinav Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 So? I don't see what the problem is? If he is corrupt and there are a few others that are also corrupt with him and if he takes them down it is good. Its not simply a matter of what is good..its a questions of what is practical and realistic. He is not the only one who has made money out of this, he wont go out quietly. Disclaimer: My statement is just a reflection of what I think will actually happen, i am in no way justifying corruption!
IKnowU Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 Yea lol. Hell make sure the whole ship sinks before he settles peacefully.
abhinav Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 One of the news channels was reporting a while back: "Modi: BCCI wont sack me, they will lose face" :hysterical:
asterix Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 End of an Era..:winky: He will be back.. Congress will pay for it..
IKnowU Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 SM says "We'll take a collective decision on Modi." Please read it the way it should be read.
asterix Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 Indian politicians falling over each other to sink IPL. Why can't they bother about events like Commonwealth games? Why they want to pull down a premiere event like IPL? I'll see how they manage the CG.
