Riley's Girl Posted April 21, 2010 Posted April 21, 2010 But... but... but... I like the hit & giggle show :sniffle:
achilles Posted April 21, 2010 Posted April 21, 2010 Their chaps earn money from it to. So they won't shut it down. And they don't want to be exposed when they do something as drastic as that coz the only sagewallah of BCCI is "money". But it can be the last IPL if Lalit Modi wants it to the last one. However, he'll be the biggest tool in India if he wants that to happen. And no one will let him shut shop, take his bat and ball home coz he got out :hehe:
achilles Posted April 21, 2010 Posted April 21, 2010 ^ Yes. Its too valuable for our babu's to let die. They'll prefer to lose their seats in the parliament than let their cut go down the drain :giggle:
someone Posted April 21, 2010 Posted April 21, 2010 I think so Given our indian mentality, if we or some politicians are not benefiting from it, it is better for it to stop as they do not receive any part of $ and do not want others to get it instead of only them.
achilles Posted April 21, 2010 Posted April 21, 2010 ^ Which is maybe what happened in the Tharoor controversy. :hmmm:
mastana Posted April 21, 2010 Posted April 21, 2010 wat the feck.. IPL only pride of India..?? when i read posts like this.. i get so mad.. :wall: how old r u? are u really stupid?? or acting like one.. +1
Maha_Apa Posted April 21, 2010 Posted April 21, 2010 What will happen to the million dollar contracts if IPL ends this year?? Will KP & Pollard get their money?
nballa Posted April 21, 2010 Posted April 21, 2010 ipl is too big to fail. it will cause the collapse of india's sporting structure and economy. they will never let it fail. just a few warnings and everyone is out of jail. you guys just don't get it. people are in a position to bribe millions of dollars and our politicians are not that honest to let go of them. everyone wants a piece of it now, even the IT officials.
