ViruRulez Posted August 5, 2010 Posted August 5, 2010 Too many good reviews in too many sites.. will need to watch it maybe
Nova Posted August 5, 2010 Posted August 5, 2010 Title of this movie seems to be influenced by Deniro's gangster movie ---> "Once Upon a Time in America" http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0087843/ I wonder if there are any other similarities :hmmm:
Nova Posted August 6, 2010 Posted August 6, 2010 Watched it...and liked it. The movie picks up after the first half hour. Some scenes reminded me of Agneepath. Songs and music is pretty good too. This one does not come close to the epic Satya, but after a long time...I have watched a decent Bollywood movie. Randeep is good in the role of a cop. Also loved the metaphors: - Kya Khan...atthara saal mein tumne prasad nahin khaya...aur aaj bhagwan hi badal diya. - Kya pyaar mein halka halka maarti hai...zor se maar naa :kiss3: - Saari duniya raakh ke tarah neeche...aur khud dhooyein ki tarah upar. - Kaam to ho jayega...ab supari li hai toh chuna nahin lagaunga. I am a little biased towards bhai movies but I feel this one is worth watching once.

Zelig Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 The Edukators (Die Fetten Jahre Sind Vorbei) - 4/5 What will you do if your best friend and girl friend are in love? The film also deals the tricky political ideals of Capitalism and Communism. Goodbye Lenin! - 3.8/5 A dedicated young German boy pulls off an elaborate scheme to keep his mother in good health in this comedy drama. There were certain scenes that I couldn't get...something to do with pre and post Berlin Wall destruction. Nueve reinas (Nine Queens) - 3.8/5 Brilliant con movie.I gotta concede, I didn't see the ending coming. Highly recommended. El secreto de sus ojos (The Secret in Their Eyes) - 3.5/5 Good, but not great. It certainly doesn't deserve the Oscar ahead of The White Ribbon and A Prophet.

Jersey #10 Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 Imran Hashmi is one Hollywood actor in Bollywood. Less drama and more acting is what he stands for unlike SRK, AK, SK etc.
