FairCricket Posted May 13, 2010 Posted May 13, 2010 And maybe India, perhaps, owes it more than anyone with the kind of support they have back home. They have become a real powerhouse in world cricket. So maybe India, more than others, are obliged to show results on the field and challenge Australia more consistently at the top. FairCricket Posted May 13, 2010 Author Posted May 13, 2010 2 words - Bouncy pitches. st.lucia , Bouncy pitch ? ? :omg:
achilles Posted May 13, 2010 Posted May 13, 2010 st.lucia ' date=' Bouncy pitch ? ? :omg:[/quote'] Not every pitch is like the Indian "pitch" (if you can call it that) :giggle:
hari504504 Posted May 13, 2010 Posted May 13, 2010 st.lucia ' date=' Bouncy pitch ? ? :omg:[/quote'] Not a road like the subcontinent pitches. Has enough for the Aussie pace battery to make all our batsmen hop, skip and jump Thank god we're not touring Ozland anytime soon :two_thumbs_up:
mastana Posted May 13, 2010 Posted May 13, 2010 Yes we can challenge Australia. http://indiancricketfans.com/showthread.php?t=222544

Has enough for the Aussie pace battery to make all our batsmen hop, skip and jump Thank god we're not touring Ozland anytime soon :two_thumbs_up: Why? The last time we toured, it was a fantastic test series (barring the 2nd game), and an awesome ODI series with us winning. Thats when they had Gilchrist, Hayden, et. al in the team. It would be an awesome tour if our present test side toured Australia.
Deleted_User_1 Posted May 14, 2010 Posted May 14, 2010 India is only capable of bending over to the Oz......nothing else. Oh sorry, we are no. 1 right??

Zak (overweight, no fitness, bowls like a trundler) 2. Pissant (pacer to trundler) 3. Sreesanth (crazy ass) 4. Bhajji (overseas bunny) 5. Mishra (inconsistent) Aussie crowd would boo us to death about our fielding with these lazy asses. Others are not even in consideration. You think the team that toured in 2007-08 had these jokers? Maybe some of them still toured, but they were bowling better then. Aussies would eat us for breakfast, lunch and dinner if we played them down under right now.
Guest OriginalPrince Posted May 14, 2010 Posted May 14, 2010 India will never win in Australia. They haven't won in the last 70 years and I can't see them winning with people like Gambhir and Youraj in the team. Their best chance was back in 2004 when australia was forced to play their B team when all their bowlers were injured but they couldn't even win back then. Sachin, Dravid will probably be gone by the time next tour comes around and they couldn't even win in australia when they were in their prime so I see no way that they will even come close to winning.

Would you like to say something else? It took Australia over 35+ years (and with Sachin injured) for their all-star team to win in India.
Sachinism Posted May 14, 2010 Posted May 14, 2010 OriginalPrince - maybe you should watch the matches before being so certain India can't win
achilles Posted May 14, 2010 Posted May 14, 2010 Original Prince seems like an Unoriginal Azarimanka to me :hmmm:
