If you notice , there was a contact & credit to Button was mature enough to back off & I guess he probably got instructions not to go after Hamilton . Hamilton almost screwed it up in desperation there

Yup, they definitely touched. I think the way Button backed off after that is a clear enough indication that there were orders to stay out of each other's way & secure a 1-2 finish.
