A revolution is generally brought about by a great idea. This idea seems good.
so are you saying that since this is only a good and not great idea it can cause a mini revolution?

You can't keep living in the past. Thats all I say. And I'm sure you are magnanimous enough to concede that.

oh yea, and lets sign a treaty with UAE so that we can grant asylum to Kasab and other freedom fighters and holy warriors. The main reason Govt of India had BCCI end this Sharjah story is because of UAE's friendly nature towards Dawood, Shakeel and others while showing the finger to India, along with a free passage to the land of the pure.

Really great memories from that ground. We used to play so much exciting cricket there in the 90s specially the tri-series. Though our neighbours don't have good memories from Sharjah, so you can't really blame them. According to them all games played in Sharjah were fixed. The only thing that usually confuses me is if games were fixed then why India used to lose so much against Pakistan. Did India fix the games to lose or Pakistan fixed the games to win? :--D

Sharjah was closed because of match fixing. Not just isolated incidents, but persistent rumors of match fixing. No points for guessing which team was neck deep in it as they are now.
i think there were 2 teams involved in match fixing over there...:winky:
