What a ****ing performance by this useless players who perhaps got chance to board the flight by means other than Talent. Some of the names that shouldnt wear the Blue jersey in near future : Vijay Jadeja Yuseless Pathan Would have named Karthik too, but he is a wicket Keeper and we dont have quality Keeper Batsman to keep him out.

I find it amazing that guys like Vijay and Yusuf Pathan get picked but the likes of Robin Uthappa and Pujara get ignored! Hell, if I have to pick a Pathan in the team I would rather go for Irfan Pathan - a better bowler and a better batsman than Yusuf by a mile

Didn't know that so apologies wrt Uthappa but my point regarding Irfan and Pujara still stands. In fact I would prefer Saurabh Tiwary and Rayudu over Vijay and Yusuf any day. Vijay is a test player and not cut out for limited overs stuff and Yusuf is simply a once-in-a-blue-moon player

Well we wouldn't have found out vijay was not cut for one day unless he was given a chance isn't it. Now he has been given his chance and like I posted in the match thread, his one day career I think is done and dusted.

Jadeja has been the best player for India in this series. Can't expect more from your all rounder. One name that I would add is that of Amit Mishra. Has put on a lot of weight and showed absolutely no intent in the 3 games he played. Even lankan part timers troubled Zimbabwe, but Mishra was getting hit for consecutive 6s. So Vijay, Mishra, Yusuf are the 3 names that shudnt be on team sheet for sometime. Umesh Yadav has looked raw and needs time to get ready for international cricket. Part of the blame goes to Kirsten as well. No change in the batting combination, no out of box thinkging be it with batting order changes or bowling changes, where was the input from the support staff?

atleast not a bad series ? maybe not better than rohit.
Frankly i havent seen too much of the match, but I think Ashok Dinda will have a hard time getting into any international side( even the A teams)...I know Saurav would disagree... But Umesh Yadav seems like a very good prospect....needs to learn not to pitch the ball too short but that should not be really hard...

Though i know Cheeka would Disagree. And BTW troll try catching up matches before you start posting opinions on a cricket Forum. Dinda has been the best quick bowler in this series atleast econmically. And our best bowler at the death. Oh who am i talking to? You follow cricket? :giggle:

Ok heres my catch.... 8.4 overs for 54 runs and 0 wicket..... So if thats economical against Zimbabwe side than I have nothing more to add... I just feel that his slower balls are easier to pick for the batsman. He does have a good yorker but not the pace to really discomfort good batsman. The two best bowlers that india are playing in this series to my opinion are "ojha and ashwin"(I guess the latter was not even given a game).... U Yadav is extremely raw, It takes serious talent for a 20 year old to bowl at speeds and get the type of bounce that he does. However too much short bowling was his demise....

Kirsten’s shortcomings are being shown up on a regular basis now – the tactical aspect of India’s bowling fielding and batting is frankly embarrassing. Being in the background is all very well when the team is succeeding but its when the failures start to mount up that questions will start to be asked.

Any bowler can have an Off day. You judge Bowlers on the basis of performnace in one match or how he has bowled? If you dont watch matches you should only be posting your opinion in your bedroom walls.

His slower balls are good enough to earn wickets ( which he has got through them in this series- in case you are following this series.) and His pace is consistently over 140 ( in case you watch cricket).

I wont negate Jadeja as of now .. he has improved in this series ... Vijay and YP are a must exit from the Indian ODI team .. I am especially disappointed with Vijay ... as I predicted after the T20 WC he is crap in shorter forms as it was evident when he was afraid to fear Aussie and WI bowlers .. now he even did not properly dare to play the Zimbok bowlers .. I dont have anything much to say .. I am now starting to doubt his Test selection even .. his IPL hundred was just a fluke it seems .. I would go for any crap batsman at domestic level than this guy .. he is afraid to face bowlers and it is evident in his body language ... that is the biggest problem .. he seriously lacks even an ounce of confidence .. or if that is not the case he is a perfect FTP and nothing else ... but then he has not been good in any sort of pitch at all till now at the international level in the shorter formats .. he is domestic bully .. infact both YP and Vijay are domestic bullies and needs to exit ASAP Jadeja can be given some chances ... I would have tried Sourav Tiwary instead of this crap .. even Manish Pandey could not have been worse than him.. I would watch these two players in the India A series .. BTW when is it? I would give more chances to Dinda and Yadav .. they might have a chance in our bowling lineup in the future .. one more player I am not too impressed .. KKD .. KKD has been getting loads of chances but he never seems to convert at all .. he will remain a replacement forever and I wont be surprised if he dumped forever .. he is ok but not international level instead of so many years of cricket .. except Rohit none of the youngsters took the opportunity much .. frankly speaking even Australia's D or rather E or F team would not have lost to Zimboks and that too in two consecutive matches .. our backup strength is BS to be frank .. after the retirement of Sachin and others we might face scarcity of talent .. IPL is making players more secured and I feel this might also be making them crap as they are not working as hard for their place in team India as it used to be in the past
