ActuallyBangladesh's batting is improvig,but i just can't see them taking20 wickets in a test match... So there is no point playing a team that can't win.

their batting has got some spin and its evident from their recent performances. but more often than not just when things look good they have a tendancy to fold up rather than build on both the lords innings is a case in point !

The only thing Boycott could teach a side is how to play for oneself and not the team.

He was a good, defensive batsman with a tight technique. A session or two with Boycs will be of immense help to these Bangla batsmen on how not to gift your wickets away playing rash shots.

Guess he hadn't yet seen the 5 highlights then:) What it tells you though is that unless somebody like a Sehwag or Boycott say they are ordinary they don't have the determination to score a hundred.

In fact he bought that with the money he received from the first season of PCL. I too find it surprising why our cricketers don't move to better parts of the city when they start making money. Maybe they feel out of place among the "elites."

He is from Chittagong. And I think he had the car shipped back to Chittagong cos cars like that aren't safe in the roads of Dhaka.

Where did you hear that? The only connection with India is that he is ethnically a Bihari. His grandparents migrated to Chittagong from Bihar after partition.

i was very impressed with his ability to play the short ball. something most sub continental batsman can't do at all (especially indian). I'd say he's the most impressive young player in the sub cont along with mathews from sri lanka. I don't really rate guys like raina and kohli becuase they are a walking wicket when the ball bounces a bit.
